Ignite your daughter's inner power with Coaching for Girls. This course is designed to help young women in their preteen years, ages 11-14, build awareness and confidence through mind and body coaching. Our teachers and coaches are trained in wellness for youth, martial arts and fitness and provide weekly activities such as vision boards, mind mapping, personal safety, and developing strategies for stress and anxiety.
