All About Fitness

Getting in shape is not meant to be a difficult journey. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. Fitness has been an ongoing theme in my life. Martial Arts, Yoga, Pilates, and endurance sports have given me tools to really understand movement. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege, but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.

I’ve been helping clients in person and online with exercise and mobility for more than 20 years. As a fully certified Stott Pilates teacher and an accredited Health and Wellness Educator, I firmly believe in the positive benefits of being flexible and creating a strong body brings to all areas of our lives.
