All About Balance

As a certified transformational coach, I recognize the value of working with a coach to reduce the stress that can get in the way of a healthy lifestyle.  During the pandemic I took some time to pivot and go back to school. I've always appreciated the mind body connection and wanted to be able to help my clients with their goals, from a deeper level of understanding.

As a coach in training we are required to be coached. It forced me to look at my own mental hurdles and how they were standing in the way of reaching my potential.

Fitness in mind and body has been an ongoing theme in my life. Martial Arts, Yoga, Pilates, and endurance sports have given me tools to really understand movement, and coaching took my understanding to a much deeper level. I get to work with clients and change lives, which is not only a privilege, but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.

I’ve been training clients in person and online for many years and since adding the coaching elements to our sessions it's become a journey of wellness. Engaging the mind to connect with the body for optimal results.  Once you decide to take better care of yourself, fitness becomes a part of your life. As a fully certified Stott Pilates teacher and an accredited Health and Wellness Coach, I firmly believe in the positive benefits of being flexible and creating a balanced body brings to all areas of our lives.
